Shipping

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Dior’s Hair House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Dior’s Hair House is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
