Shipping

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Dior’s Hair House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Dior’s Hair House is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
