Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for refunds.

Eligible Exchanges Only
We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

Exchange Requirements

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • All ties, bands, and seals must be intact

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or worn hair
  • Custom or customized wigs
  • Hair that has been altered (colored, bleached, cut, or chemically processed)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned without approval

How to Request an Exchange
Email customer support with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved requests will receive return instructions.
