Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
Eligible Exchanges Only
We only offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
- There is a verified manufacturing defect
Exchange Requirements
- Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging
- All ties, bands, and seals must be intact
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Used or worn hair
- Custom or customized wigs
- Hair that has been altered (colored, bleached, cut, or chemically processed)
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without approval
How to Request an Exchange
Email customer support with:
- Order number
- Full name
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Approved requests will receive return instructions.
